Mitch McCaffery Joins Styberg Engineering as Vice President of Business Development

Racine, Wisconsin – May 11, 2026 – E. C. Styberg Engineering Co., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitch McCaffery as its new Vice President of Business Development. Mitch brings more than a decade of proven leadership in driving sales, marketing, operations, and strategic growth across metals manufacturing. His experience includes guiding organizations through transformational growth, margin expansion, operational restructuring, and commercial strategy development.

Most recently, Mitch served as Vice President, Revenue & General Manager at IPC Foundry Group in Lindon, Utah, where he held full P&L ownership of a $15M facility while overseeing corporate quality and sales across multiple locations. Prior to IPC Foundry, Mitch worked for Stainless Foundry & Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he served first as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and then as Interim President & CEO. There, he oversaw $30M+ in commercial operations, improved quote turnaround time, drove substantial new business in new markets, led successful strategic planning cycles, and played a key role in a private equity transaction.

Mitch began his career at Spuncast in Watertown, Wisconsin, as a multi-year intern. Once hired full-time, he advanced through roles in sales, engineering, marketing, and product management, ultimately adding significant new business and helping expand the company’s presence in key markets.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and business management from Dominican University and an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
